Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Sales Floor to keep the floor stocked, organized, and presentable while assisting customers with excellent service. You will help with merchandising, pricing according to store standards, and ensure a clean sales floor and restrooms.

A friendly, customer-focused attitude is essential. Part-time positions are available, with morning availability required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Prior visual merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds minimum productivity standards and KPI for duties.
• Ambassador of pricing according to Goodwill standards.
• Maintains a clean and organized sales floor with shelves and racks.
• Ensure sales floor areas are properly merchandised to standard and stocked.
• Assist production by communicating needs for the floor to manager on duty.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers per the 10-foot rule.
