Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Sales Floor to keep the sales floor stocked and inviting. You will interact with customers, provide helpful service, and help maintain clean, organized aisles and restrooms.

This part-time role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings. Daily Pay and other benefits support a flexible, customer-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep the sales floor well stocked and organized.
• Assist customers and provide excellent service.
• Maintain clean shelves and restrooms.
• Ensure pricing accuracy per Goodwill standards.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Handle merchandising to standard (color, categorize, size).
