Job summary

Generac in Cleveland, Ohio seeks a field sales professional to drive incremental sales across multiple retail accounts. You will educate store associates and end users on Generac products and specifications to help customers choose the best generator for their needs.

You will collaborate with retail leadership to launch in-store programs, ensure planograms for portable generators and home standby units, and maintain strong relationships with store managers.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental sales growth by selling Generac product lines across multiple retail accounts by educating store associates and end users about product application and specifications to help customers select the best product.
• Collaborate with the retail field leadership team to execute new in-store programs to drive awareness and increase sales.
• Collaborate with retail store management to ensure planograms are executed for portable generators and home standby units and are stocked with Generac products for displays, end caps, builds in stores.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers, key decision-makers, and other relevant personnel in assigned retail locations.
• Maintain and update records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market conditions in Salesforce.
