Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide an exceptional customer experience across cashiering, merchandising, replenishment, receiving and e-commerce fulfillment. The role requires teamwork, strong communication and the ability to educate customers about BevMo!s ClubBev and the Gopuff App.

Responsibilities include maintaining store standards, stocking, and assisting with e-commerce operations while ensuring accuracy in pick/pack for dispatch and keeping the warehouse organized.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication to convey information concisely and unambiguously.
• Motivate others to achieve goals with clear expectations and feedback.
• Contribute to efficient workflows and adaptable processes.
• Collaborate with others to achieve mutual goals and optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience as cashier, sales floor merchandising, replenishment, receiving and e-commerce fulfillment.
• Model company values in actions, communication and decision-making.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising and e-commerce operations; keep the store clean.
• Create a positive customer experience using sales and customer service programs.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge to make recommendations and substitutions as needed.
• Pick and pack items per order for dispatch to customers; ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized warehouse and inventory handling.
