Gopuff is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while handling cashier duties, merchandising, replenishment, and e-commerce fulfillment. You will educate customers about ClubBev and the Gopuff App, recommend products, and ensure accurate order picking and packing.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Clear, concise communication to ensure message clarity.
• Motivate others to achieve goals with clear expectations and feedback.
• Take a systematic approach to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with others to reach shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience as cashier and sales associate.
• Stocking, merchandising, replenishment, and e-commerce operations support.
• Participate in receiving and order fulfillment tasks.
• Educate customers about BevMo! ClubBev and the Gopuff App.
• Make product recommendations using product knowledge and training.
• Ensure accuracy in picking/packing and support warehouse organization.
