Job summary

Gopuff Becomes First Instant Commerce Company is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an excellent customer experience and handle cashiering, merchandizing, replenishment, receiving and e-commerce fulfillment. The role supports BevMo!'s ClubBev enrollment and Gopuff App onboarding, serving customers with product knowledge and recommendations.

Responsibilities include maintaining store standards, stocking, packing orders, and ensuring accurate picks.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication to convey information concisely and unambiguously.
• Ability to drive results by setting standards, monitoring performance and giving feedback.
• Systematic approach to improve workflow and adapt to changing environment.
• Ability to work interdependently and collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication and decision-making.
• Maintain store standards by stocking, merchandising and e-commerce operations.
• Performs other duties as directed by management.
• Consistently create a positive customer experience through sales and customer service programs.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!'s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge and BevMo! training to make product recommendations.
• Provide customers with solutions, such as substitutions or special orders.
• Pick and pack items per order for dispatch to customers.
• Ensure accuracy of items picked/packed.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.
