Job summary

The Retail Sales Associate role at Gopuff is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience and performing duties such as cashiering, merchandising, replenishment, receiving and e-commerce fulfillment.

Responsibilities include maintaining store standards, stocking, merchandising and event operations, educating customers about BevMo!’s ClubBev and the Gopuff App, and accurately picking/packing orders while keeping the warehouse clean.

Qualifications

• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Strong communication to ensure clear understanding of messages.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication and decision-making.
• Maintain store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising and e-commerce operations.
• Perform duties as directed by management.
• Create a positive customer experience through sales and customer service programs.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge to make recommendations and offer substitutions or special orders.
• Pick and pack items per order for dispatch to customers; ensure packing accuracy.
• Clean and organize warehouse.
