Job summary

Key duties include guiding customers to fitting rooms, keeping stockrooms organized, and ensuring the sales floor remains runway-ready through merchandising. You’ll handle diverse transactions, use in-store tech, and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and taking them to their fitting rooms, then sorting and returning clothing to the floor.
• Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Keep the stockrooms organized and complete inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Work with the team to keep the sales floor runway ready through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
• Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment.
• Defuse customer situations and provide resolutions in a timely and effective manner.
