Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Post Falls, Idaho is seeking a Part-Time Sales Outfitter to greet customers, answer questions, and guide buying decisions. You will demonstrate product knowledge, restock merchandise, and keep displays clean and inviting.

Responsibilities include promoting our CLUB Membership and in-store pickup options while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to handle cash and operate the POS system is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to operate computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, identify needs, and make product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and keep shelves stocked per merchandising guidelines.
• Restock merchandise and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Provide excellent customer service to help customers make buying decisions.
