Bass Pro Shops in Kalispell, MT is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter who welcomes every guest with a friendly, helpful attitude and helps customers find the right gear and apparel.

You will demonstrate products, maintain shelves, stay current on promotions, signage, and club programs, and assist with seasonal merchandise. This role requires high school diploma or equivalent and comfort using a POS system; training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to handle cash and make change accurately.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Demonstrate products and answer questions to drive sales.
• Replenish shelves and maintain clean work areas.
• Stay knowledgeable on promotions, pricing, and club programs.
• Assist with seasonal merchandise moves and signage.
