Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Post Falls, ID is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Archery to greet customers, demonstrate products, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service while keeping a neat, well stocked store environment. You will identify customer needs, recommend archery gear, promote CLUB Membership and in-store pickup, and accurately process transactions at the POS.

This part-time role includes employee discounts, holidays, vacation, and other Bass Pro benefits.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Replenish and organize shelves and merchandise per Merchandising guidelines.
• Remain a product expert through ongoing training and knowledge of promotions.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
