Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Boise seeks a part-time Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and help with buying decisions. You’ll replenish shelves, stay knowledgeable about promotions, and promote CLUB Membership and in-store pickup.

Role emphasizes friendly communication, accuracy in cash handling, and teamwork with management and colleagues to deliver a legendary customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products and provide information and direction.
• Replenish and restock merchandise per guidelines; maintain neat shelves.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
• Follow company policies and provide a legendary customer experience.
