Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and help with buying decisions in a friendly, efficient manner. You will restock shelves, stay a product expert through training, follow company policies, and promote CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up while delivering a legendary customer experience.

This part-time role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and reliability in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to operate POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information and direction in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products to customers and answer questions.
• Replenish product on shelves per Merchandising guidelines.
• Remain product expert through ongoing knowledge training.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
