Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Sales Assistant Manager in Georgia. You will drive sales growth through rental agreements and actively prospect new customers, while delivering exceptional, white-glove service in-store and at customers homes.

The role includes coordinating deliveries, pickups, and installation of products, and maintaining an inviting, organized store environment to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state drivers license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with white glove service in stores and in customers9 homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: loading/unloading and installation of products following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting and organized.
