Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales through rental agreements and by prospecting new customers. You will deliver exceptional customer service in-store and in customers' homes, upholding a white-glove approach and servant's heart.

As part of daily duties, you’ll manage deliveries, pickups, and installation of products while keeping the showroom inviting and organized. The role requires 1–3 years in retail, customer service, sales, or collections, a high school

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales: growth through rental agreements and prospecting new business.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a white-glove service mindset.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly.
• Merchandising: maintain a clean, inviting store for customers and coworkers.
