Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Sales Assistant Manager in Chester, VA. You will drive sales growth through rental agreements and prospecting new customers while delivering exceptional customer service with a white-glove approach.

You will also manage deliveries, pickups, and in-home installations, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment. The role requires 1–3 years of retail or sales experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sales: grow revenue through rental agreements and new customers.

• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly.
