Rent-A-Center in Auburn, WA is looking for a Sales Assistant Manager to help customers access high-quality goods and to grow sales through rental agreements. You\'ll provide white-glove service in stores and in customers\' homes, delivering a meaningful, results-driven role.

This role involves sales growth, customer service excellence, deliveries and pickups, and merchandising to maintain an inviting store.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver\'s license with clean driving record; driving company vehicles may be required.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: grow revenue through rental agreements and new customers.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch service in stores and at customers\' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness.
