Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to help customers access high-quality goods and improve their lives through thoughtful service. You will drive rental sales, provide white-glove customer experiences in stores and in customers' homes, and support deliveries and store merchandising.

The role emphasizes growth through completed rentals, strong communication, and a team-oriented, service-driven approach. A valid driver's license and ability to lift items are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service or sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: grow revenue through rental agreements and new customers.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch service in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and per procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting, organized store environment.
