Responsibilities

• Keep the salesfloor runway ready and merchandised through re-merchandising and straightening.
• Assist customers at cashier with transactions across in-store, online and mobile platforms.
• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and returning clothing to the floor.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free store by sorting and returning items to the salesfloor and stocking areas.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments.
• Provide general store support including events, backroom organization, markdowns and fixture relocation.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards and adhere to operational standards.
