DESCRIPTION
Retail Crew Members are front-line employees who deliver a "wow" factor for our retail customers, with excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail to keeping the retail environment clean and shoppable.

*HOUSING MAY BE AVAILABLE IN SOME LOCATIONS*

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet, assist, and inform customers
• Accurately ring up purchases
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and advertisements
• Assist in stocking merchandise
• Maintain all areas of the store, including thoughtful merchandising, recovery, and cleaning
• Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques
• Monitor and assist cashiers and other staff as needed
• Assist with training and supporting new employees
• Handle managerial tasks when manager and assistant manager are unavailable.
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Retail sales experience a plus
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to communicate and relate positively with a variety of people
• Interest in retail
• Self-starter with willingness to learn
• Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While some of the time may be spent climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, much of the time will be spent standing, walking, sitting, and reaching. Expect to lift up to 25 lbs. Some other physical demands can come from continuous cash register work, sales floor work, and events work.
