Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Largo, FL to support Medical Total Access and Retail Total Access programs. The role focuses on high-volume administrative tasks to free up sales staff for core activities.

Responsibilities include lead management, SAP-based member verification, PSA processing, and coordination with TA reps across GPOs. This is a daytime, Monday–Friday role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/customer service experience.
• BS preferred, experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Database management: assign leads and input into Salesforce; vet membership in SAP.
• Coordinate PSA status and account setup with GPOs and TA reps.
• Provide Salesforce Lead Reports and ensure proper setup for new/existing medical business.
• Support region/NAM interface and assist RCs with GPO processes and price changes.
