Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with personalized product options and add-on services. You’ll use a consultative approach on the sales floor, assist with online orders, and reach out to customers via outbound calls.

The role includes weekend shifts (9am–9pm) with a schedule planned two weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work a schedule including weekends.
• Comfort with meeting sales targets and earning commission.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with a consultative sales approach to guide choices.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance seniority-based planning.
