AT&T in Shreveport, LA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver personalized guidance to customers on our latest devices and services. You'll build meaningful connections, meet sales targets, and earn uncapped commissions through your performance.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with training provided if you’re new to retail. Prior customer-facing experience helps, but we’ll train the right people to succeed in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules provided 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; staying flexible to evolving tech and customer needs is important.
