AT&T in Richmond, VA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with a consultative approach on our latest devices and services. You’ll drive sales targets, assist with online orders and outbound calls, and participate in community events on the sales floor.

Expect a 40-hour work week including weekends, with comprehensive benefits and uncapped commissions. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and full training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Ability to use a consultative sales approach to guide customers.
• Willingness to make outbound calls and fill online orders.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and 9am-9pm shifts.
• Open to change in a fast-paced tech environment.
