You will work a 40-hour week on a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends; prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus. Compensation ranges from $58,800 to $75,000 with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends with 2 weeks advance notice of seniority-based schedules.
