Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Massachusetts. You will use a consultative sales approach to help customers explore options and purchase devices and services. You’ll participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.

The role offers a 40-hour weekly schedule, including weekends, with training provided if you’re new to sales. Perks include comprehensive benefits and discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• We will provide tools, training and coaching if you are new to sales.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor you’ll guide customers through options with a consultative approach.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• You’ll work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks of advance scheduling.
• The environment is fast-paced; adaptability helps you stay current with evolving products and customer needs.
• If you have no sales experience, we’ll provide the training needed to meet and exceed goals.
