AT&T in Millbury, MA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose devices and services with a personal, consultative approach. You’ll drive sales, participate in community events, and assist with online orders and outbound calls to customers.

This full-time role offers a 9am–9pm schedule (weekends included), with uncapped commission potential and a benefits package including medical, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Use consultative sales approach on the sales floor to guide customers through options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks of seniority-based scheduling notice.
