Job summary

AT&T in Mansfield, MA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to build meaningful connections with customers using personalized sales expertise. You will aim to meet and exceed sales targets while earning commissions and working with AT&T’s latest devices and services.

You will work a 9am-9pm schedule including weekends, with events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers. Training will be provided if you are new to sales, and prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
