AT&T in Hanover, MA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with consultative sales, guide choices, and drive results. You’ll participate in community events, process online orders, and call existing and potential customers to grow sales.

The role emphasizes flexibility with a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, and offers earned commissions in addition to base pay. Relevant retail experience helps, but training is provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends.
• Be flexible in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs.
