AT&T is hiring for a Retail Sales Consultant in Mansfield, MA. You will guide customers with a consultative approach, support online orders, and reach out to potential buyers while working a 40-hour week that includes weekends.

Earn between $44,000 and $75,000 with hourly pay plus uncapped commissions; training and coaching are provided to help you meet and exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed goals.
• Weekly hours: 40 with a 9am-9pm shift, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet customer needs as products and services evolve.
