Job summary

AT&T in Nashua, New Hampshire is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with personalized solutions. You’ll guide buyers through options with a consultative approach, helping them choose devices and services to meet their needs.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule (including weekends), participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers; training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Ability to guide customers with a consultative approach.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules in advance.
• Stay flexible in a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and offerings.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching provided to help meet goals.
