Job summary

AT&T and its subsidiaries are seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Nashville, TN. You’ll guide customers through options with a consultative approach, assist with online orders and outreach to current and potential customers.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with events and a community presence. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you meet goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; participate in community events.
