Sun Com is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our Dallas team. You will drive monthly sales, exceed benchmarks, and promote handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories with guidance from management.

This role requires adherence to company policies, mastery of systems like Aktivate and ADP, attention to paperwork, and reliable transportation to store locations. Bilingual Spanish preferred; in-person work environment; full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and drive high-quality sales.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed company benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management benchmarks.
• Follow policies and procedures outlined in the handbook and company communications.
• Master required systems and check sales paperwork for discrepancies.
