Job summary

Sun Com in Dallas is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly quotas and deliver high quality sales across handsets, plans, and accessories. You will follow established benchmarks, act as a role model for peers, and assist new hires while maintaining store standards and completing training.

The role requires standing for long periods, reliable transportation, and a minimum 4 days/30 hours per week. Bilingual Spanish is preferred and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Retail sales experience preferred; bilingual Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality sales.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
• Follow company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures in the Handbook.
• Maintain store appearance and complete required training.
