Job summary

Optimum in Sparta, NJ is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultants to join our in-store team. You will connect with customers, explain products, and drive sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll represent Optimum with professionalism and help customers choose connectivity solutions that fit their needs. You will work full-time, including weekends, stand for long periods, and may travel up to 35 miles to other stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail selling experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills.
• May require travel to other stores within 35 miles.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work full time and weekends.

Responsibilities
