Optimum in Paterson, NJ is seeking energetic Retail Sales Consultants to join our in-store team. You will engage customers, explain options, and help them choose connectivity solutions while delivering an outstanding brand experience.

This role emphasizes communication, teamwork, and the ability to meet sales targets. Weekend availability and physical stamina are expected; training is provided and compensation includes a competitive plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• A minimum of one year of retail selling experience.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivator with a knack for working independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills, that help support the best customer solutions.
• For some locations, the ability to travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required and will be discussed upon interview.
• Physical Abilities: Standing for prolonged periods is part of this role; potential for lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary.
