Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers on the sales floor using a consultative approach and to demonstrate products. You’ll assist with online orders, events, and outbound calls while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

You’ll work 9am–9pm, weekends included, with ongoing coaching to help you meet and exceed sales goals. Prior retail experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Engage customers through events, online orders, and calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Be flexible to evolving technology and customer needs.
• Provide training and coaching as needed to meet goals.
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus; training provided.
