Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Spring, TX. You will use a consultative sales approach to help customers explore options and find the right solutions. You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers, with a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends.

The role emphasizes flexibility in a fast-paced environment and training if needed to achieve goals. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Leverage prior retail or customer-facing experience to meet and exceed goals.
