AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers and guide them through our latest devices and services. You will leverage a consultative selling approach to understand needs, explain options, and close sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role includes helping customers online and on the sales floor, with a flexible 9am–9pm schedule that includes weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and comprehensive training is provided to help you

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Willing to work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with customers using personalized sales expertise.
• Guide customers through product options and help select the best solutions.
• Meet sales targets and participate in uncapped commission opportunities.
• Assist with filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
