Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers using a consultative approach on the sales floor. You’ll help customers explore options and leverage AT&T’s device and service offerings to meet needs.

Responsibilities include participating in community events, processing online orders, and making outbound calls to foster relationships. A weekend, 9am–9pm schedule is typical, with two weeks’ notice for shifts and ongoing coaching to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• No prior sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are valued.
