Job summary

AT&T is hiring Retail Sales Consultant in Malden, MA. You will engage customers with a consultative sales approach, promote AT&T products and services, and drive sales outcomes on a fast-paced floor. Expect to participate in events, fulfill online orders, and contact existing and potential customers through outbound calls.

Position offers a 40-hour week and a strong commission structure with a sign-on bonus for external candidates. Training is provided; prior sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Training and coaching provided to help you meet goals.
• Must be comfortable with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends.
• Earn commission on top of base pay and meet sales targets.
