AT&T in Malden, MA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers explore options and tailor solutions with our full suite of devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach, meet sales targets, and earn commissions on top of hourly pay.

Starting pay includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates, with potential for higher pay in geography, experience, and training. Schedule is 9am–9pm, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work a schedule including weekends.
• Bilingual in English and Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor and guide through options.
• Meet sales targets and earn commissions via AT&T products and services.
• Process online orders and assist with events and outreach.
