Job summary

AT&T in Brentwood, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers pick the right devices and services with a consultative approach.

You’ll engage with the community, fill online orders, and make outbound calls, while working 9am–9pm including weekends. Training will be provided if you lack prior sales experience, with uncapped commissions and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching provided to help you meet goals.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes weekends and evenings (9am-9pm).

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls.
• Maintain a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks’ notice for seniority-based shifts.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs and evolving tech.
• Leverage AT&T products and services to meet sales targets and earn commissions.
