Job summary

FirstCash is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Phoenix, AZ. You’ll help customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries, while earning hourly pay plus commission.

You’ll handle pawn and short-term loan services, maintain a tidy sales floor, process transactions accurately, and support store operations. Bilingual applicants encouraged; flexible weekend availability is a plus. Competitive benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k) enrollment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Experience with firearms in FFL locations (certification provided)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
