Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Mesa, AZ. You’ll earn $15.25–$18.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and enjoy benefits from day one.

As a customer‑focused team member, you’ll greet customers, assist with sales and loans, and maintain a clean, organized store. You’ll also handle cash with accuracy and participate in basic opening/closing tasks while providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
