Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Phoenix who will greet customers, assist with sales and loan services, and maintain a well-organized sales floor. The role offers $15.25–$18.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and an 8% commission potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with firearms at FFL locations; certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
