Fiesta Pawn is seeking a customer-focused Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in a Houston-area store. The role offers $10.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with wage access and employee discounts starting on day one.

You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn loans, explain terms, and ensure a smooth, compliant checkout and lending process while maintaining an organized store and supporting opening/closing tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply; firearms experience available at FFL locations (certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
