Fiesta Pawn in Houston, TX is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, assist with sales and pawn services, and uphold store standards. You will explain loan terms, process transactions, and help customers with product inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers hourly pay with commission up to 8% and benefits such as earned wage access, employee discounts, and 401(k) auto-enrollment after 6 months. Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged (English/Spanish).
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn and short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and store operations.
