Cash America Pawn is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Houston, TX. You’ll earn $10.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with competitive benefits after eligibility. The role involves greeting customers, assisting with sales and pawn services, handling cash, and maintaining an organized sales floor.

A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required. Experience with retail checkout systems is a plus, and bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
