Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to transform store guests into loyal customers. As the expert on home furnishings, you’ll create inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley’s products, helping guests design rooms they will love.

In a fast-paced, high-energy environment, you’ll deliver world-class service, process sales, assist with financing, and participate in store opening/closing, while supporting inventory and confidentiality in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service and delight guests at the front desk.
• Process sales orders accurately, assist with credit applications and financing.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
